1. One of our dedicated installation experts will arrange a visit to survey your premises. While on-site they will gather all the information they require i.e room measurements, outdoor unit space, ceiling space (if required).  
2. They will discuss your specific needs and tailor their ideas to meet your requirements.
3. An installation design will be drawn up (where necessary), and a competitive quote will be created.
4. Our quote will be presented for your approval which will detail work to be completed, equipment that will be used, a proposed time scale of works and any other relevant information. 
5. Upon agreement of works, a start date and plan of work will be issued along with necessary RAMS. Our engineers will work with you to find the best solution to minimise any potential disruption to your business. 
6. Upon completion, our engineers will demonstrate how to operate all installed equipment and provide user manuals (if required) and ensure you are satisfied before their departure.
